Sandra K. McBeth is an attorney and bankruptcy trustee practicing primarily in bankruptcy, civil and commercial litigation.
She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984 and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego in 1988. After being admitted to the California Bar in 1988, Sandra became a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee and a U.S. Bankruptcy Court-appointed Examiner. She has served on the Board of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. Previously, Sandra was a member of the Personal & Small Business Law Advisory Commission State Bar of California for five years, and served as Chairperson for one year. She is also a former member of the San Luis Obispo County Women's Lawyers Association and the Quota International of San Luis Obispo, where she was an officer and a board member. Sandra is also a published author (Personal and Small Business Bankruptcy in California), served as a volunteer for the TRO clinic in San Luis Obispo, and a speaker of current bankruptcy issues for WLA of San Luis Obispo, the Central Coast Escrow Association, and the Central Coast Organization for Enrolled Agents.
